0.0001% books make it to a web series or movie. Your book may be great or the best, but there are invisible steps that most authors haven't yet made. So, the question you want me to answer is how to turn your book into a movie or a web series. 

There are two ways: the first is cost-friendly, and the second is super expensive, which only a millionaire can afford. Before I answer this question, I want to ask whether your book is worth making into a movie. When I talk about worth, it's not about a beautiful story but about non-stop curiosity and deep engagement. 

There are a lot of other things attached to it, but what I am sharing is out of my experience with a few movie directors and producers in Bollywood. A movie is not about a story. It is about the ROI for a production house.  So, they look for a proven concept loved by the masses, and a best-selling book is the only proof that they believe in. If it is a bestseller, it is loved by the masses. That is what they believe in. What it means is that if you want a famous production house to consider your book, it should be a bestseller. 

Let me tell you what a best seller looks like. 

1. It should be listed under a cutthroat, competitive mass category. 

2. It should have tons of reviews from the readers and not from professionals. 

3. The book should be selling in 3,000-10,000 copies a day.

Step 1: Find the perfect audience for your storyline. 

Step 2: Build a list of the interested buyers and readers. 

Step 3: Launch the book.

Step 4: Get reviewers, get reviews, get a minimum of 10,000 reviews in 1-2  years, depending on how soon you want to be noticed. 

Without 1,000 reviews, no director or producer will look at your work. It is my personal experience that the director or producer may make your book into a movie only if he is your friend.
